Awareness & Market Education:
- Drive awareness about Workpluss across colleges and companies.
- Educate businesses on the value of part-time and early talent hiring.
- Promote the concept of students as a reliable, flexible workforce.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Workpluss within the ecosystem.
College & Student Ecosystem Alignment:
- Work closely with placement cells and student bodies.
- Understand student skill sets and align opportunities accordingly.
- Ensure quality and relevance of opportunities for students.
- Identify new industries and companies for internship and part-time hiring.
- Explore partnerships with startups, SMEs, and corporates.
- Candidates who are/were part of a college placement cell (preferred)
- Candidates with experience in: HR firms / recruitment agencies, FMCG /
sales-driven roles.
- Candidate should have some experience in sponsorship roles in college
events.
- Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on revenue and growth.
- Understanding of hiring processes and talent requirements.
